"When I found Parker Smith for Life insurance, they were very good with answers to my questions and a great rate for the life insurance I took out with State Farm. I ended up getting another life insurance policy on me later on so now I have two life insurance policies and I also took a life insurance policy on my husband in 2019. Parker Smith’s office is great to deal with and always very responsive with answers and return phone calls if needed."

"When I became a client of Parker Smith State Farm, the biggest thing for me was that I was getting more insurance for the money compared to my previous carrier. Fast forward a year later and I get this astronomical bill. Now I know I had some late payments but thought that I was all caught up and then THIS😫. Well I talked to Taylor in their office who researched the situation with the billing department and discovered that a couple of automatic payments went unpaid from last year. She carefully explained the situation and gave me options (and extra time) to rectify it without breaking the bank or losing my coverage. I was immensely grateful for her help. Taylor’s professionalism and courtesy exemplified that State Farm really is the Good Neighbor that they say they are. Thanks again Taylor and thank you State Farm."
